PS For those who have encountered, it seems like the treatment:

1. Boot from any live CD that sees the file system.
2. Go to c: / documents and settings / all users / application data /
3. We kill two files from there: blocker.exe and blocker.bin
4. We reboot into the normal system.
5. Scan antivirals.
