SBCTC accepts CC BY license for all its grants

The Washington State Board for Community & Technical Colleges (SBCTC) recently adopted an open licensing policy for competitive grants that they manage:

All digital software, educational resources and knowledge created through competitive grants conducted and / or managed by SBCTC will fulfill the Attribution Creative Commons license ... [and] this applies to all sources of funding (state, federal, funds and / or ) ...
