Probably you incorrectly enter the amount of the blocked payment, you must
call each time you make a transaction, because This is an extra security measure.

That's how I wanted to pay for goods via Intellectmoney card
The story is this:

The first payment went well. The money was written off, the goods were successfully purchased.
Second payment: the amount is blocked (as on the paypal) and asked to enter this amount. The time was about 20:00, I called in support of my bank and for 5 minutes I was told how many were blocked.
The third payment: intelligence mani again writes that the amount is blocked. Check with the bank amount.

What kind of nonsense is that? Why do I need to know with each payment how much they are blocked? Pampering and mockery.
I call in support of intelligence. Answering machine says: sorry, but our support is open from 09:00 to 19:00, call another day.
Okay.
Posted in support, they say check my card. I have already passed your check. Unlock the card, let it go shopping normally.
And two days later, when I had already forgotten what I paid through them, I received such an answer from technical support: call each time (
