There are not so many reservoirs in Russia, on the banks of which you can catch not only a fat pikeperch, but also Wi-Fi. One of these - Lake Seliger. Every summer, young people from all regions of Russia gather there to participate in an educational forum, for which an absolutely insane amount of budget money is being spent.
