An interesting post appeared
on Twitter’s official blog yesterday, introducing for the first time to the public, in fact, an “advanced” advertising account. It was registered last week, and the press even
flew a couple of lines about the bird itself ... which took off only yesterday.
@earlybird offers followers
unique offers from corporations collaborating with Twitter. For example, in yesterday's deal (for some reason they call it a deal) tickets to the premiere of The Sorcerer's Apprentice (
IMDB ) participated. Now, at this pace, several times a week,
no more - no less than ± 55k readers will participate in such events. As the creators themselves say, movie tickets are just the beginning. Then there will be entertainment, fashion, technology (Tesla Roadster at a discount?), Tourism and everything else.
We are still more likely to be observers, due to the inability to participate in such events (although, perhaps, our companies will also take note of the microblogging), but it’s interesting how this ends.
