Such a lifestyle, not the best way affects the physical condition, if not to devote time to sports. In such a heat, a little bit sick from the word fitness club, although it's not about the weather, you have to adapt to the fitness club, the instructor, the class schedule. I always loved the horizontal bar and parallel bars, but I was not particularly keen on it until I saw these videos:

The desire to maintain excellent physical shape without reference to any particular place of employment. You are given complete freedom to choose exercises and workouts. Pros:

Minuses:
I did not find any special minuses in the Ghetto workout system. Perhaps it does not fit the very people initially, but you can always start with push-ups and then gradually add horizontal bars and parallel bars. I would be glad to hear the minuses of such training.
