KC finally violated the rules of priority registration

(2010-10 / 65) To amend the Regulation on the priority registration of domain names in domain. RF for certain categories of users the following changes:

(2010-10 / 66) Enact amendments to the Regulation on the priority registration of domain names in the domain. The Russian Federation for certain categories of users from July 15, 2010.

According to the Rules adopted by the Coordination Center itself ( proof ), changes should be made no later than 10 days prior to their implementation:

4.3. This Regulation may be amended by the decision of the coordinator. The coordinator is obliged to notify registrars about changes in these Regulations no later than 10 (ten) calendar days before the date of entry into force of the changes.
