An example of increased performance. Intel C ++ vs. Visual c ++

I have already been asked several times to show approaches that allow to increase application performance. So I decided to start with the simplest.
This video clip uses a specific example to increase performance by ~ 107%, obtained by replacing the Visual C ++ compiler with the Intel C ++ compiler for building a project in Microsoft Visual Studio *. All measurements took place on a laptop HP Compaq 8510w.
