Despite the presence of a court decision, the company Hostmaster is not in a hurry to stop the delegation of the google.ua domain name, which is currently owned by GOU OGLE.
On June 16, 2010, the Court of Appeal decided to leave the “GOU OGLE” appeal without satisfaction, and, accordingly, the decision of the Economic Court of 03.02.2009 remained unchanged.

On Friday, the situation received an unexpected continuation. Hostmaster, in its official release, stated that it does not provide services to the final consumer directly and does not have any contractual relations with the defendant - Go Ogle LLC. The implementation of domain delegation services is a two-level scheme, according to which registrar companies work exclusively with the end user.
According to Hostmaster, in accordance with the foregoing, the recommendations of the World Intellectual Property Organization, ICANN and international practice of resolving domain disputes, the .UA Domain Administrator - Hostmaster cannot act as a defendant in a Google Inc. claim.
That is, it turns out that Hostmaster actually plays along with the Go Ogle company. I do not think that anyone has any doubts about the reasons for the creation of Go Ogle LLC, which now controls the domain google.ua.
The conflict could have been resolved last week, and Google would have gotten its google.ua domain for use. But cybersquatters don't give up. They still have a chance, before July 16, to file an appeal with the Supreme Economic Court.
