Armenian-Russian dictionary is now online

Last year I wrote that the largest Armenian-Russian dictionary, published in the Soviet Union, was digitized and folded into dict format for use in StarDict or GoldenDict.
We do this in our spare time, so there are changes, but not very often.
During this time there were 4 “releases”, half a year ago version 1.20 was released. Were corrected hundreds of errors in sorting, spelling, just typos. Many errors were found in the printed edition itself, and they, too, were corrected in the digital version. Users compiled a version for the Lingvo program based on dict files.
And finally, the most important change, recently ARS was posted online and can be translated directly from the site.

The program is written in Perl- e for self-educational purposes, so something to be finalized in the facade and foundation. CGI and MySQL module is used as RDBMS. The load is not supposed to be high, but still, the question to the experts. Does it make sense to use FastCGI or other modules, or is the good old CGI quite sufficient?
PS: I wanted to create a blog “dictionaries” and put it there, but for the time being new blogs cannot be created, so I publish the Software in the blog.
Update : I see attempts to translate in logs, here is a list of words that can be transcribed. Decisions in cases or words in Russian in the field of translation is not necessary to enter.
