Trillian IM and Gmail Security
Not so long ago, after reading about Trillian on Habré, I decided to install myself. Liked the client. Among other things, I connected googleTalk through it to simply receive notifications about letters.
But today, going to gmail, I found an inscription that someone else had logged into my account. Who would have thought, it turned out that from the trillian site ...
I went to ceruleanstudios.com - redirected to trillian.im. Actually, this is a trillian developer.
4 days ago ... although I first saw a notice about it, despite the fact that I go there more than once a day. And I went to google several times through trillians ... So it’s not in such a sophisticated way that it connects to gmail, but in fact my password was stolen.
Changed the password. I wrote a trillian in the helpdesk via a form on the site, to which I instantly received the answer:

Then wrote to the Google support forum - did not respond.
