There is a DDoS attack. We ask administrators to protect the site. “Ok, defended,” they say. Go to the site - hanging window "To enter the site, click OK." We press "Ok" and indeed, everything works smartly.

Next, we ask you to check whether Yandex indexes us. “Yes,” they say, “they added an exception.” For access logs, we see that it seems yes, Yandex and Google are logging in.
Just in case, please remove the window and configure the server firewall and network settings to reflect the attack with these tools, and not with a window (where did you see it? It's not convenient. And if the user comes from Yandex.Direct, etc. - he and can fall into a stupor). Answer: then we do not guarantee protection against DDoS, they say, a powerful attack is going on (I don’t really believe, because the extortionist hacker is primitive in his conversations and requests for monetary reward).
As a result: the site flew out of Yandex (although Yandex.Webmasters reports that there are no problems and the pages are indexed), the fight against admins continues on raised voices.
Question : I am not an expert, but what is this window for protection against DDOS? Do admins cover Timeweb with their laziness?
