“Talking Putin” by Esquire

The amusing "designer" of the speeches of V.V. Putin created the magazine Esquire.

In this web application, you can create a text from pre-selected words and then “compile” it to listen to the speech of the Prime Minister.
')
On the one hand, the idea is funny, anyone can feel like a minister, but visually it all looks rather primitive - the video sequence is the cutting of moments from the minister’s speeches, after each word there is a frame change. And the changing intonation does not add credibility.
Although, of course, no one claimed the emulator.

After creating a speech, each user can share it with others, for this a code is generated with the address of the video.

A direct link after cutting the code looks like this: http://video.esquire.ru/plays/mediaplayer/player.swf?bufferlength=3&file=http://video.esquire.ru/speaker/upload/bfdd896c3df2f0b6ab99187e22349748.flv
