The amusing
"designer" of the speeches of V.V. Putin created the magazine Esquire.

On the one hand, the idea is funny, anyone can feel like a minister, but visually it all looks rather primitive - the video sequence is the cutting of moments from the minister’s speeches, after each word there is a frame change. And the changing intonation does not add credibility.
Although, of course, no one claimed the emulator.
After creating a speech, each user can share it with others, for this a code is generated with the address of the video.
