In the law, clear definitions of various terms appeared, for example:

user of global computer networks - a person who gets access to information and (or) disseminates information using global computer networks;

dissemination of information through the website (the site) - dissemination of information on virtual interactive media in the information environment of global computer networks

Or it says that “Information is subject to legal relations” and establishes general rules of information technology, and so on.
