British academic designer Julian Bond built a machine for the manufacture of "pixel" dishes (although, in general, nothing prevents to do other things). As the author herself says, the machine is designed for quick and easy production. The form is made of gypsum and filled with clay.

Such vases - IMHO, a very entertaining gift for IT people, especially those related to graphics, to one degree or another :)
