From my culinary site, unique recipes for a couple of culinary HSs are reprinted. And copy-paste of a fresh record with a delay of only a few hours. Without permission and backlinks of course. On my letters adm. sites did not respond. Collected facts, wrote to Plato.

Yandex search system is only a mirror of the Internet, so we are not authorized to understand the issues of plagiarism.
To protect your copyrights, you must, apparently, contact the owners of the specified site and the provider on whose server it is located. If the site ceases to exist, it will be deleted from the search database of Yandex automatically.
Nevertheless, we are already working on algorithms that will be able to distinguish the source text from plagiarism. If you have an example of a search query, when the site that copied the content ranks better than yours, please send an example to us, it will help a lot
