I convinced UTK OJSC to arrange a free and mandatory no limit between ADSL subscribers of Krasnodar Region

Two months ago (more precisely, on April 29, 2010), on the forums.kuban.ru forum , I made an eloquent speech in defense of the need to lift all restrictions on Internet connection speed between subscribers of Southern Telecommunications Company in the Krasnodar Territory.

On the same day, the proposal was submitted to the press center of the Krasnodar branch of "UTK" OJSC for discussion by specialists. Then the PR-manager announced that my idea was real and even discussed by the company management - only excessive load on communication equipment could become an obstacle in its implementation.

Today is July, and all subscribers of the recent tariff “Hit” (and its closest analogues) are starting to connect the so-called “Home Network”, that is, inter-subscriber unlimited, limited only by the technical capabilities of ADSL modems.
