Resize images correctly

For a long time I was tormented by doubts, why in my blog photos look dim and appear blurred. Setting quality 100% did not save, but only increased the size of the files.

Finally today I found the time to install ImageMagick. I had to fix a couple of bugs in Drupal, which, instead of launching a binary, required read access, which the hoster does not give.

P.S. Vkontakte use GD or something similar. And at least they did a great resolution, but the colors are still the same dead.
