I never thought that the Internet would interfere with the development of my business. I tell everything in detail - I have my own online store, we are selling components for computers. I do not know how much we sell, we rather - resell. Going into details does not make sense. Four people work for me and we need an office. The office is a room where all my employees and I would fit. A prerequisite is a permanent Internet, because all transactions take place online. We work in a small "plus". For a small company that is not more than a year old, this is quite normal, but you have to save literally everything. From pens to the internet. We are looking for an office of 40 meters, we no longer need it, at a rate of no more than $ 400 per square meter. It turns out 40 000 rubles per month.
When I was looking for an office space, I simply phoned all the business centers where I would like to have an office, and besides the rental I learned how much the Internet would cost them, and everyone sent me to the providers that serve their business center. And providers suggested initially choosing tariffs with inflated prices and speed limits, arguing that “you work in a business center and you do business and pay a lot of money for you normally.”
Here is a table that I was offered:

Conclusions can be made by yourself. Imagine what it means for small to pay 50 percent of the cost of renting an office for the Internet. Landlords and providers together do such things, because of which small business is not something that “barely breathes,” it stops breathing altogether. No matter how hard the state tries, whatever methods of stimulating small business it has come up with, everything goes to hell. Monopolists do not allow to turn around.
By the way, in the end I found the office after refusing the local Internet, and just bought an iota, and decided that I would pay 900 rubles a month, it turned out that in the business center where we live there are “jammers” that wimax clogs. How do you like these methods? Great, right? You want, you do not want, use the Internet which is offered by the owner of the business center, but not that you want. How can you build a business in such conditions? Welcome to the 90s.
