Cisco announced an Android-based business tablet called Cius. The tablet is capable of playing HD-video, provide a conference call, in addition - all the standard "tablet" functions, such as IM, email and web-surfing. The size of the device is not yet precisely known, as well as the technical characteristics, but it is already known that it will weigh half a kilo, so it is unlikely to be very large. There is no pricing and availability information, but we (Engadged) will report this as soon as we know.
Under the link to the original there is a press release, but there is nothing interesting (as usual).
In general, a tablet from Cisco is interesting. Apparently, they decided to master the new market, which is very entertaining and promising.Details in the updates and live photos under the cut.
