We are a young team that was formed just yesterday at the start-up meeting of Nachinai.com - this is OfferNetwork. And we are looking for a programmer! There are 7 people in our team now, only 1.5 people among them are programmers: Dima Orlov from Google and I, the project leader, are Maxim Yankov.
OfferNetwork is a network of advertising offers for games in social networks, that is, another way of monetization for social games, which is widely used in the West.
Let me explain with a specific example. The user plays Farmer and wants to buy some thing, such as a pig - and it is expensive, especially if it is a pig of the 9th level. Thanks to the system of offers, the user will not have to pay for the virtual thing with live money: he will be able to choose the exchange option that is convenient for him: for example, install the trial version of the program, fill out a social questionnaire. survey or order a pizza delivery service.

After performing this action, confirmed by the advertiser, the site and the advertising network receives a fee for the conversion of the user, and the user receives the long-awaited pig of the 9th level for his farm.
Technically, this system is planned as a service on Google App Engine, which provides an API for the game developer, on the one hand, and an API for the advertiser, on the other.
In terms of business, over these two days we want to find potential sites and advertisers (which, by the way, have already advanced far). In terms of programming - we want to make a prototype of the server, written in Python, which will work on Google App Engine.
Accordingly, we need Python and Java script programmers.
