Eight daring, or "Causes Taimyr!", Part Two
We publish the continuation of our story about a trip to Taimyr on Friday - on the day when you already want to escape from high technologies and find yourself somewhere on the bank of a clean reservoir. All the more so when the heat in Moscow is conducive to such desires. So, we bring to your attention the second part, where we catch fish in a waterfall with ice water, climb the mountain and find snow there, as well as admire the northern sunsets.

This is the place of our third and longest parking. Behind the trees lies an improvised fishing and tourist base of several barracks, made of planks. The former prisoner Valera rules her with a firm hand, living here for most of the year, except for the most severe periods. Despite the Spartan conditions, from time to time people come from Norilsk to fish and drink various drinks in the clear mountain air. The general idyll of such leisure, fortunately, does not interfere. Yes, and people come conscious, do not litter and do not bullshit.
By evening, the mountains were clouded with smoke.
Against this background, it was definitely worth taking a picture with a stern expression on his face.
Some members of the expedition did not get harsh facial expressions.
Evening camp on vacation. Despite the fact that we brought all the supplies with us, sometimes we still had to turn to the neighbors for revenue. Here one simple truth was revealed to us - money on Lake Lama does not solve anything. If any resource is available, be it bread, salt, vodka or cigarettes, they will share it with you and will not take money under any sauce. Well, to no - and no trial.
One day we went to a nearby waterfall. It is not difficult to guess its presence, if only because the noise of falling water is heard all the time. Personally, I have never been to such nature-cultural objects before, so the spectacle turned out to be quite exciting. A small river with smooth boulders on top, a dozen meters of flight, a bowl, and a river flows further.

Pond immediately after the waterfall. Here you can catch a fish. It takes skill and luck.

A special fishing suit with boots still does not save from the cold - it’s impossible to be in the water for more than half an hour. This time the catch turned out to be small, but this is why it is even more valuable and tasty.
Northern nature is harsh, but not without charm.
After the hike, the smoke cleared, and the camp began a cheerful camp life.
This is a skua. Her cry sounds like a hoarse "hahaha." More than once, skuas made us tremble in silence. In the end, we began to react to their "laughter" with our laughter, especially before going to bed.
The main and, perhaps, the only delicacy is tea with condensed milk.

At times, the lake delighted us with fantastic sunsets.
But most of the time the sun just went beyond the mountains. In the photo - deep evening, if not the night. Collect firewood on the evening fire.
A day later, part of the expedition went to the mountain, at the foot of which we set up camp. The rise was difficult, but in the end, the brave explorers were rewarded when they reached the snow. The joy of this fact can only be compared with an ice cream cart as a child! It was even harder to descend, not without stretching the muscles, but, fortunately, nothing serious.
