KUBIK BERLIN: glowing cubes and electronic music
KUBIK BERLIN is a temporary installation constructed from 120 cube-shaped plastic tanks capable of glowing. Every day, from July to September 2006, parties with electronic music were held in the Berlin Cube. The building was located on the territory of an abandoned factory (music. Electronic engineers love it!) Somewhere on the river Spree.
On the website of the “ambitious urbanists and planners” of ModulorBeat you can watch a couple of thematic videos : one of them shows the installation in 3D, and the second - live, in all its glory.
There is also a website KubikBerlin.De , where you can find a minimum of information in German and a link to all the same couple of videos. There is, however, an opportunity to subscribe to the newsletter - so as not to miss the moment in which Kubik will be collected again (why not?).
