FAQ for legal startups

MLG Consulting law firm together with lawyer Marina Derevyanko ( St. Petersburg Bar Association (SPbGKA) announces the creation of a legal FAQ for startups.

Questions can be left in the comments, e-mail info@mlgconsult.ru or asked via twitter @ mlgconsulting until July 10, 2010. You can ask any question about creating an IT business, copyright, attracting investments and any other question from the field of IT - businesses.

Thank you for your interest and participation in creating a legal FAQ for

We have already begun work since July 10 and will prepare a complete guide to
