Business wakes up on Wednesday

I carried out an analysis of the load of our technical support service here. It turned out that the peaks of activity we have on Wednesdays and Thursdays! On Monday and Friday, requests for technical support are less by about a third.

That is, business in Russia is activated by the middle of the week!

For comparison, the most loaded time of American support is Monday ...
