Electronic queue at Sberbank

Not so long ago, in the branch of Sberbank, which I regularly visit, they set up an “electronic queue” - tellers hung over the windows, on which the customer number is displayed, and when entering the bank they propose to take a ticket with this number. Waiting for the queue immediately became much more positive - previously, someone regularly forgot who was behind, or disappeared. Now the problem is removed.

However, there are a couple of jambs - system developers, if you are here, write down the bugs:

1. The buttons for obtaining numbers (using a touch-screen terminal) do not look like buttons, instead of them - slightly convex blue circles. Therefore, customers who are not experienced in dealing with such equipment are often prompted - “click on the blue thing and release”;

2. In the list of available operations there are no utility payments. Of course, there are “banking operations” there, but not all the visitors know that payment for an apartment is a banking operation;

3. The buttons are triggered by the release, so people sometimes press the button and hold it for a long time while waiting for the ticket with the number.
