The beginning and continuation of the story for those who have not read.
Generally speaking, the story is far from over, this is only an interim result of a two-week war: the laptop was returned to me safe and sound, a written response to my claim was received.

They gave me a laptop, as it should be, with the signing of all the necessary papers, with the answer to my complaint signed by the general director Ilya. The only thing that has strained is the phrase: “Do not write touchy posts on sites on the Internet about how bad we are.” Honestly, the work with this company did not arouse much enthusiasm for me, so I don’t have any enthusiastic words that the guys got out of an unpleasant situation with honor.
Despite all the entreaties, I will wait for the official response of Rospotrebnadzor to my request. I have all the necessary papers, and if by law I will have the right to demand payment of a penalty, I will use this right, even in court.
