Children under 10 will not be allowed on the Internet
Today in the city of Uryupinsk (Volgograd region) the All-Russian conference “Safe Runet Tomorrow” was held , at which the Minister of Communications and Mass Communications Igor Shchyogolev spoke. It is reported that 30 of the most popular Runet bloggers came to the conference in Uryupinsk. The minister asked them to follow the rules of everyday life on the Internet, in particular, not to use foul language in order to protect children from negative.
