Advertising in the Direkt of one of the sites we are running - vzagorodnomdome.ru on the keywords "cottage villages" and "townhouses" has ceased to appear. Especially surprised by the absence of any alerts, everything in the campaign control panel indicated that the shows should go. Began to correspond with support. The answer was as follows:

“Ads are not shown by these words, since the Directive for these requests shows a similar site of this client. If you have questions, please contact. ”

As a result of the correspondence, the situation has improved, the ads have resumed. Our project was considered similar to the site of one of the cottage villages, information about which is also available on our project.

Apparently, Yandex is thus struggling with the creation for the same organization of various campaigns in Direct. It is not clear why they will not make a disconnection notification. Or a case like ours is too rare ...
