After each flight, Qantas pilots fill out a special form, a so-called complaint sheet, which describes problems that occurred during the flight and that need to be fixed. Engineers read a list of complaints and troubleshoot, and then write down at the bottom of the sheet what measures have been taken so that the pilot can inquire about this before the next flight.
Below are some of the real complaints from pilots.
Qantas and related engineering reports.
It is worth noting that Qantas is the only airline among many
which has not happened yet a single crash.
