The Runet Prize is the main Internet award in Russia , as the award website states.

In the main nominations of the Runet Prize, the laureates are selected by members of the expert jury.

The most interesting thing for ordinary habra people is a popular vote , in which everyone can take part. According to the regulations, the voting will take place in three stages :

The first

Self-nomination of projects to participate in the popular vote.
Period of holding: from June 01, 2007 to August 31, 2007

Second

Semifinal - the beginning of voting for projects participating in the action.
Period: from 01/08/2007 to 10/31/2007

Third

Final - continued voting for projects participating in the action. Identification of 10 projects - leaders of the People's Voting (People's Ten), as well as one project-leader of the People's Voting.
Period: from 11/01/2007 to 11/29/2007
