Russian applications using technology Augmented Reality appeared in the AppStore.



The principle of the application is extremely simple - in order to find the nearest metro station, the user only needs to look at the screen of his phone by setting the search radius from 100m to 10 km, and then find out the best route to the selected metro station by clicking on the "route" button. Turning the phone to the horizontal position, you can see all metro stations included in the established radius on the map of Moscow and choose the most convenient direction for yourself. In addition, the application differs from its counterparts using the technology of augmented reality.



Thus, Metroshka will not only help the “lost and forgotten” aborigines to find the nearest stations of the Moscow metro, but will also show the shortest way to them.

At this stage, the project exists only in Russian, however, it seems, the developers promise a quick launch in the App Store and the English version of the application for foreign tourists and expats.
