Some time ago, interactive services of the Russian arbitration system began to work, which allow users to familiarize themselves with any information relating to the handling of cases - schedule , breaks, texts of judicial acts and a detailed chronology of consideration .

All this is available to any user via the Internet. But what should those who do not have the opportunity to use a computer at the moment, but want to get acquainted with the detailed information on a particular case? For these specialists, we have created a special tool “Mobile card index”. Now, wherever you are, you always have the opportunity to learn about any case from more than 5,000,000 using your iPhone. The “card index” will be an excellent addition to the reference and legal system “Pravo.ru” and its mobile version.

In order to start using the system on an iPhone, you need to register. If you already have an account in ATP "Pravo.ru" just use it.

After a simple registration procedure, the contents of the system will become available to you. On the main screen, you can see the number of cases available for viewing and a search card for entering known search parameters.
The last 5 search cards are automatically saved in the file, so that the user can return to them at any time.

Search card

To search you need to specify one of 4 known parameters:

• a participant in the case, while it is possible to specify up to 3 participants, and specify their type - the plaintiff, the defendant or 3 persons;
• Judge, for ease of reference, the full reference book of the judges is contained in the file, so you only need to enter only a part of the last name and select from the auto-help;
• court name;
• number of the case of interest or part of it.

searching results

In the search results you get a list of all cases sorted by date of last change. In addition, you have the opportunity to filter the list by category dispute:

• economic disputes arising from civil matters
• economic disputes arising from administrative legal relations
• insolvency (bankruptcy) cases

To go to a specific case, simply click on the line from the table.

Case information

The following information is available to you in the case file:

• first instance number
• category and type of dispute
• full chronology of consideration in all instances

Separately, in the tabs, you can view all the participants in the case and the names of the judges who participated in the review. For ease of viewing, the display of the card also works in a horizontal format.

View documents

Court practice is an important source of legal information. Within each review, you can view the text of any available document.

If you are interested in all documents, then you just need to choose from the chronology of consideration. In this case, all the final judicial acts are available in the "Documents" tab. The PDF document will be loaded for viewing, you can change the scale and the way it is displayed in a vertical or horizontal orientation.
