55% of the project Rabota.ua sold for $ 2.75 million
The buyer of the project was the company Grupa Pracuj Ltd, engaged in online recruiting in Poland.
According to RABOTA.ua from January to November 2006, the monthly income of this company increased 2.5 times (in 2006 it amounted to more than 3,000,000 hryvnia). Currently, the team RABOTA.ua consists of 42 people. Over 15 thousand people from all regions of Ukraine visit the server every day (it should be noted here that, according to statistics of bigmir) net, with a qualitative component of these visitors, not everything is so smooth).
Grupa Pracuj Ltd was founded in 2000. Today, it is a member of the international recruitment network, which includes ONREA (a network of Central European recruiting resources), THE NETWORK (the world's largest recruiting network of 56 countries and 5 million users) and ERA (European Union of Internet Recruiting, 4, 5 million users).
Grupa Pracuj Ltd includes several large Polish portals, including the number one website for employment in Poland - www.pracuj.pl , whose attendance is more than 1 million users per month. There are also two educational websites that young people turn to when searching for higher education institutions - www.edulandia.pl and http://www.edu.pracuj.pl . The site www.targi24.pl provides information on real workplaces, educational fairs, as well as materials on career planning and education.
