Copy Past between 2 computers

I am sitting right here at work, I have 2 computers, a laptop and a desktop ... and I just want to press Ctrl + K in a laptop, and on the Desktop Ctrl + in ... and vice versa ... but for now it remains to use Google gadgets ... will take ... but maybe there is already written software of such a plan? share your knowledge ...
