High quality pictures
We are pleased to inform Habrayusers about the increase in the quality of VKontakte photos. Judging by the comments that we constantly analyze and submit for discussion, the restriction on the size of photos has hampered many users.
If earlier the maximum size of uploaded photos was 604 px, now this limit has been increased to 1280. At the same time, we have implemented an interface for viewing images in full-screen mode (click the enlarge link).
Downloadable photos are stored in three formats (604, 807, 1280) to display them in accordance with the screen resolution of users. Each subsequent photo is loaded while viewing the current one.
