It performs a verification of the personal data of your WM certificate when exchanging transactions in authorized exchange offices of the system - full name, binding card, bank account, etc.

For example, in order to now exchange WM for RBK Money, you first need to bind your extended RBK wallet to your WM wallet, after which you can change these electronic currencies in services that support this exchange direction ...

The next step is to resume the exchange of WM for Yandex.Money with the binding of their wallets in the accounts of both systems, which will also be checked by the X19 interface when exchanging ...

So, now the most interesting. Payment systems PayPal, Moneybookers and QIWI have never been included in the list of prohibited currencies in the WebMoney system. But now the formidable X19 interface has begun to check the linking of your accounts in these payment systems to your WM certificate!

Therefore, those who plan to exchange e-currencies in these directions in the future, you need to go to the section “Registration in other systems” in your WM WM control panel and specify the data:

These accounts are not yet verified by the WM system, but who knows what will happen in the future, therefore, in order to avoid "surprises" during the exchange, it is better to link the existing accounts of these payment systems immediately ...
