More opportunities for post authors

Is it possible to expect that the already published entries will be able to “edit” (not only the proofreader, but also the author of the entry)? I'm not talking about comments, but the posts in the columns ... there are trivial typos, mistakes, I really want to fix it. No way.

And a trifle - make parallel buttons “add” from the user profile - such as from the general section “columns” - in the user section “columns”, etc. It seems like it would be logical.
