Money is the blood of the economy, and calculations are the capillaries. And in one place we still have a traffic jam, these are draconian commissions for paid SMS. Since the operators themselves cannot develop this segment of the market, it means they need help from outside. Needless to say, it will be at a loss for them - they will benefit by increasing the speed. It is known that SMS is the most convenient way to pay for goods on the Internet. Also, this opportunity offers great promise for the vending machine industry.
And do not be afraid of the heyday of fraudsters - I will immediately propose two solutions: first, create self-regulating organizations (SROs), for decent suppliers, and subscribers need the opportunity to send an application to the operator to send paid SMS to official participants only. I will briefly explain what the essence of an SRO is - they are financially responsible for the illegal actions of their members, exist on their contributions and are also managed by them. Therefore, it is not profitable for a group of decent people to attack the intruders among them, and they themselves will someday grow to inspect each other.
