Hello to all.
After a short discussion with Rasmus and Johannes (release manager for 5.3),
it was decided that adding FPM could not break anything serious.
Therefore, despite the fact that 5.3 is a bugfix-brunch and adding functionalities there
not accepted, FPM there add _mozhno_.

What was done.
This means that FPM will now be available out of the box in all future releases of PHP, starting with 5.3.3.
Snapshots will be available on
snaps.php.net in about 1 hour.
As for adding to 5.2, there is no chance, sorry.
