19-inch transparent display from Samsung

At SID Display 2010, which started on May 23 in Seattle, the Samsung guys showed a 19-inch translucent AMOLED display. Compared with the first prototypes shown at CES 2010, the screen diagonal has increased by 5 inches, and the transparency and contrast have improved.

Let me remind you that Koreans suggest using such displays in the automotive and aviation industries (data output on glass), trade (window dressing), as well as documents (passport photo) and in the production of securities (protection). In the latter two cases, small 1-2 inch displays are used that consume very little energy and are able to work for years on a single tablet battery.
