Twitter and Facebook have significantly influenced the interaction patterns of people on the Internet, however both services have one big disadvantage: they are almost impossible to save and find something later. Hence the need for a simple and reliable way to archive fragments of our social streams. Alternatively, we want to be able to save all this in Evernote. And here comes the help in the face of a cute raccoon.
Seesmic , a fairly well-known social networking application, added Evernote support to its
new iPhone version (available through the App Store). Now everything interesting that comes across to you on Twitter or Facebook can be saved to Evernote in just a couple of taps.

How it works
Suppose you are reading a message feed on Twitter or Facebook feeds in a Seesmic iPhone client, and you see something interesting that you want to save - just click on the message text, then on the Share icon in the lower left corner of the screen and select the “Send to Evernote.
Please note: selecting this item directly on the iPhone opens the Evernote application with a new note containing a link to the original content. Because all this happens in the Evernote application, then you can immediately edit the note, add your comments to it, change tags, transfer to another notebook and then save it permanently.
If you have an iPhone, we advise you to try.
TagsSeesmic will automatically add a row of tags to the created note, based on the metadata of the message being copied from Twitter or Facebook. You can always change this list or remove tags by editing a message in Evernote.
How it works on AndroidIf you have an
Evernote client installed on your device, it’s easy to save messages from Seesmic: press and hold your finger on the message, select “Share” in the menu that appears, then select Evernote from the list. This will launch the local Evernote client with a new note containing the message text. Both Evernote and Seesmic can be downloaded from the Android Market.
