What about hosting people from Yandex?

When I go to sites located on Yandex hosting and to which second-level domains are attached, I get redirected to hockey2010.yandex.ru

Here are the headers from the server:

I wonder where else Yandex is pumping traffic from the sites of its users? And does he have the right, without warning, to send visitors from the sites of his users to his projects?
