Western speakers on Whale Rider and HighLoad ++

We began preparations for the autumn events: the HighLoad ++ high-load systems developers conference (architecture, databases, storage systems, management, system administration, testing) and the Whale Rider Internet project management conference (development methodologies, processes, software tools, management psychology, leadership , practice).
