Google TV is either a built-in function on a TV (read as a mini computer with a chrome os or android) which will include Google Chrome support with which you can go around sites, watch videos on Youtube or movies from Netflix, as well as all google services such as google picasa (web albums)
Logitech is already preparing for google tv
Apparently the boxes with access to Google TV will be released by many companies but under the control of google, since sony and logitech have made announcements on their websites.
Yes, the most delicious thing is that Google TV will support future Google Web Apps.
