Steve Ballmer admitted that time was wasted on Windows Vista
During a conversation at the annual conference for top managers, CEO Summit, Microsoft executive director Steve Ballmer admitted that his company wasted no time on the Windows Vista operating system. “We tried too hard, and as a result, we lost thousands of man-hours on innovation,” said Ballmer.
The development of Windows Vista has been overly delayed, most likely due to Microsoft’s persistent attempts to implement an end-to-end DRM implementation.
