It seems that our dear MTS again has either a technical failure or an attack of greed in other people's money. Today on newsru.com there was a message that some MTS subscribers who compared their expenses on an account with the help of an “Internet Assistant” with the balance of funds for the beginning of the month and with money transfers to this very account, noticed that the balance did not converge, and some quite strong. I figured out that now there should be 234.48 rubles on the account, and there are 205.40. Lack of order of 29 rubles. Not much, but unpleasant.
I called the MTS for 20 minutes listening to any music, after which I was still connected with the operator. My dear girl told me that they had problems with the “Internet Assistant”, that he does not show everything as it is, technical specialists will fix everything in the near future and either return the money to me, or the service will show the costs, taking into account these 29 rubles. At the time of writing the post “Internet Assistant” became unavailable at all, apparently the callers and those interested in them completely got it.
In general, I don’t want to slander the MTS, but it all looks extremely suspicious.
UPD: Internet assistant earned, looked at the statistics by phone relatives and friends.
The picture came out strange - 3 numbers, on one everything fits perfectly, on the other there is a shortage of 6 rubles, on the third one, on the contrary, the extra 8 rubles. The latter, most likely, indicates not a fraud, but a very strange settlement system, but in any case it is not the case to consider this.
