How we started to practice incubator InCube
How many business incubators do you know in Moscow? Until recently, I knew only one thing - HSE-INC HSE . StartupIndex and a number of venture capital funds have their own incubators. But it is rather different companies or internal projects, collected under the same roof.
The system work with young entrepreneurs other than HSE, alas, no one leads. And this is very surprising, given the number of large universities in Moscow. Although to say that there are no incubators in them, is also incorrect. There are, but they either diligently hide their activity and results from the general public, or are created “for show”.
When me and my partner were invited to participate in the development and launch of the Business Incubator of the Academy of National Economy, we did not have to think long.

First of all, this is my native institute, within which (IBDA) I received my first MBA education in 2008 (by the way, the connection with the ANH didn’t stop because I attended the IT-MBA program with partisan methods and enjoyed going to the master classes and lectures, which are held in abundance in the ANE).
Secondly, the founder of the Incubator is a very nice person to us, Alexey Komissarov is a teacher of the “Entrepreneurship” program in the Academy of National Economy and a big businessman managing a company with turnover in the billions of rubles.
Thirdly, we share the goal: to create an incubator, which, with its results and graduates, will adequately represent Russia in the international arena.
In general, the decision was made quickly, and although the incubator will accept the first residents only from September, in two weeks of work on the project we managed to do quite a few:

- raised in beta site
- concept and model of incubator developed
