Response from the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications

Today, in the form of a registered letter with a notification, an answer came to the online application to Roskomnadzor with a complaint about a promotional SMS-spam from Beeline, and this is not even a simple otfutbolivanie in FAS, as feared in the comments.

Judging by the letter, the online appeal was redirected (interestingly, electronically or on paper?) To the local Roskomnadzor office, where it was still checked (as I believe, in the form of a written request to Beeline).

Beeline admitted the fact of spam, citing a technical failure:

According to the information provided, you applied to the support service of Vympel-Communications OJSC with a request to stop sending advertising messages. but as a result of a technical failure, the distribution was restored. Subsequently, the failure was eliminated, and the mailing was canceled.

Who also received a response from Roskomnadzor or Rospotrebnadzor (otherwise I didn’t go there myself), drop me a line in the comments that they wrote to you.
