Yandex promote illegal content

Yandex was not afraid of copyright and calls from the main page to watch a piraz video:

In principle, I have nothing against the pirate as such (although the video in the fucking quality on mail.ru is not interesting to me, I prefer the torrents), Yandex’s position is simply incomprehensible: have the top blogs been closed and now everything is possible for them? It’s one thing when a search engine finds content, even if it’s illegal — it’s such a job to look for. Another is when he himself advertises this possibility from a page that 10 million people see every day:

UPD This is not about copyright, as such, but about violation of the law on advertising, which this one does violate:

Article 7. Goods whose advertising is not allowed

Advertising is not allowed:

7) goods for the production and (or) sale of which licenses or other special permits are required in the absence of such permits.

Does video mail.ru have the copyright holder permission to post their films in open access? The question, I think, is rhetorical.
